Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible orders under the following conditions: Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date or delivery date of the product. To qualify for a refund, the requested items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and free of any damage caused by personal use. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered by us are fully eligible for full refunds or free replacements.
Customized, personalized, clearance, and final-sale items are non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds for partial usage, customer’s change of mind, or damage caused by improper operation, human error, or accidental damage after delivery.

2. Refund Application Process

To apply for a refund, customers must contact our customer support team via our official email with your order number, purchase proof, and detailed reason for the refund request. For defective or damaged products, clear photos or videos of the item condition are required for verification.
We will review all refund applications within 3–5 business days. Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately. No additional handling fees will be charged for eligible refund applications.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. The arrival time of the refund varies by payment provider and banking system. Generally, refunds will be credited to your account within 5–10 business days after approval.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment platforms, banks, or financial institutions.

4. Return Shipping Fees

If the refund request is caused by our errors, including defective products, wrong items, or missing parts, we will cover all return shipping fees. For customer-initiated refunds due to personal reasons, the return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

5. Partial Refunds & Special Cases

Partial refunds may be granted for items with minor defects that do not affect normal use, or for orders where only part of the products are returned. We reserve the right to determine the partial refund amount based on the actual condition of the goods and order situation.
